Ashtonbery Consulting was founded in 2017 by Will Saulsbery and Gavin Ashton with the purpose of providing tailored guidance to businesses and leaders. During its existence Ashtonbery has worked on projects in the United States, Europe, and the Far East.
Our work has ranged from full scale content marketing campaigns that have spanned years, to guidance on joint business venture exploratory conversations in Asia, to communications between the private sector and governmental leaders in the Middle East.

Gavin brings over 20 years of management experience with nearly 15 of those being focused on creating and enhancing processes for multiple Fortune 500 companies and startups.
He has worked in multiple industries including hospitality, finance, and telecommunications. His work has allowed him the pleasure of assisting with improvements to;
- Movement of direct sales team from pure paper to electronic tools
- Creation of startup policy documentation in call center environments
- Working with teams to gain efficiencies to speed Product to Market
His goals throughout his work have always been to drive efficiencies when possible by smoothing out bottlenecks, increasing communication, and making sure that knowledge is shared to ensure the success of the projects he works on.
Gavin currently lives in Saint Louis, MO. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and tries to get out into nature and hike whenever possible.
Will is renowned for his work in the fields of content ideation, creation, and distribution as well as his extensive work in the fields of social media and digital advertising in both B2B and B2C environments.
Will has created marketing campaigns for businesses with one location all the way to the Fortune 100. Success of these campaigns is built upon his ability to do a full marketing diagnostic of a company; from their current website, to metrics of past campaigns, to customer personas, to distinct and clearly defined and agreed upon goals of all marketing efforts.
His work in content marketing spans endless industries. He has worked with clients in the AI sphere, marketing, sales, retail, and education to craft plans to showcase his clients’ expertise in prestigious publications to show what true thought leaders they are.
He also currently serves on the Marketing Advisory Board at the University of Missouri St. Louis. In his free time he plays tennis, basketball, and writes a column for ArchCity Media in his hometown of St. Louis.
